Buz words for you HR folks: Needs Assessment, Goal Review, Prototype, User Evaluation, Web Analytics, Enhancement, Validation, Implementation, and Site Maintenance. And yes, I am addicted to my white board!

I have witnessed and experienced the web technological change. Good thing or I would have lost interest long ago.

Some of the latest and greatest company recognition is the focus to improve Workflow and User Interface (UI) with a focusing on the user experiance.

Think of the day when a mobile phone was the size of a man’s large shoe. Now the phone will fit in you back pocket and is smaller than most men's wallet. Now think about doing your online banking on your little cell phone screen. Thank goodness for recognition and evolution.
